We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we no longer accept returns for refunds except in specific cases outlined below. Instead, we offer free exchanges and a second purchase discount to enhance your shopping experience.

 

Free Exchanges
If the size or color of your item isn’t right, we’ll gladly send you a replacement item at no cost. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@vogueria.com (mailto:hello@vogueria.com), and we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the original item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Second Purchase Discount
To show our appreciation, every order includes a discount code inside the package. If you’re satisfied with your product, use this code to enjoy savings on your next purchase with us.

 

Refunds for Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We offer 100% refunds if your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@vogueria.com (mailto:hello@vogueria.com) so we can resolve the issue promptly. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.

 

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
